Urgent interventions can be requested by entering support tickets. 

A support ticket should mention the following: 

- The identity of the requester

- The kind of support you are looking for 

    -free second opinion on whistleblowing policy

    -independent opinions on case handling

    -support on escalation/crisis management

    -input on investigation strategies,...

- Your preferred EU expert(s) to be assigned to your case (if not provided we will assign one for you

- The level of urgency
